The staff were very helpful and friendly nothing was too much bother for them. The studio apartment was great and well equipped.

The location, it was further from the centre than I thought. The rubbish bins outside were over flowing.

Convenient for a short stay.

The bedroom was nice and clean. Fridge and tv. Modern lighting and double bed comfortable for one night visit. I didn’t get to use the pool/see it as arrived 5pm Nov so dark. Bedroom nice. Bath towels, hairdryer and liquid soap provided. I’d recommend visiting Mastica restaurant ~7min walk away. Luca was perfect! 1.4 miles along a public foot and cycle path to the local parkrun too

Bathroom a little outdated and stains in tile grout. Shower glass door leaked. Area close to the main train station.

Rome very nice hotel to far out and rooms need major updating ok stay for what we paid

Beds were ok and balcony was pleasant water was hot

Lack of any English tv channels just one news channel rooms need updating we could hear next door running shower going to toilet like it was in our room not sure if the rooms needs insulation, bathroom grout old shower basic

Bed very hard, room on the shady side and didn't get much sun. Location long way from services but train line right next door. Requested kitchen sink plug but this never eventuated

Pool and breakfast were great and the staff were very friendly and helpful, very close to a train station so easy access to the city.

The shower in our room in particular was not great and was really difficult to use, it did not remain the same temperature and was far too high pressured.

The room itself was very good, very modern room. And the location was very good

The staff at the hotel were not very friendly apart from the woman who checked us in. The rest of them especially the man was very rude I think the staff ruined the hotel experience

Perfect for our family of 4

Clean, spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed! Lovely balcony overlooking the pool area, and sheltered enough from the neighbours. Supermarket within walking distance which was handy for arrival day.

Deposit payment - expect delays! Close to the train line, but just a little out of the city (not a bad thing all of the time, but worthy of a mention). Update: 18 days after our checkout, we are still waiting for the return of our deposit. In that time, I have contacted them a few times and have been asked to be patient, and they apologise for the delay. Completely unacceptable. We were told it would be returned within 10 days (even 10 days is too long for a deposit return). Update: 22 days after check out, and we still haven't received our deposit.

Very comfortable stay

The room was very spacious and very comfortable. It had 2 big closets for clothes. There was a kitchenette in the room with full equipment, i.a.: cooking hob, fridge, dishwasher, sink, dishes and cutlery, nespresso coffe machine, drip coffee machine, electric kettle. The balcony windows were equipped with electric rolley blinds. The room had very good air conditioning. There were also: tv and a radio device in the room. The reception desk is open 24/7 and the staff was very helpful including granting us a map of the neighbourhood with shops, bus stops, train connections etc. Generally it is a real hotel which offers additionally a kitchenette and balcony in each room. I can fully reccomend it to everyone who wants a comfortable, but standard stay with an attitude to sightsee the city.

There was a small crack in the roof above the balcony and the balcony was flooded by rain each time it rained.

The property is well maintained and just outside Roma Balduiana Train station. Very convenient location as it is only two stops away on the train to Vatican City and all other sight seeing places in Rome.

The property took a security deposit of EUR 50/- on checking in and it has been over 8 days since check out and the hold is not released. This is not professional customer services as the money is charged/ placed on hold immediately as deposit but it takes over 10 days for the Hotel to inform the bank to release the hold. On checking with the property they advised that the process and security deposits amounts placed on hold is released by the hotel only after 10 days of checkout.
